      Benefits are nice. Culture is good.

      Cons

      Low pay for what’s expected. PTO and PSST are in the same bucket. Forced to take PTO if you need to call out during inclement weather. No unpaid leave available. If you use your PTO and still need time off, you may be fired.

      Work-life balance is good, benefits are amazing, strong community awareness and corporate culture

      Cons

      Unnecessary processes and/or procedures which delay the loan life-cycle. Terrible appraisal management partners that extort exuberant amounts of money to get the appraisals in quicker. Inability to communicate with underwriting without jumping through lots of hoops and emailing others when you need to clear a simple condition quickly.
