      Pros

      no shareholders to impress, not for profit.

      Cons

      things have drastically changed since my employment was under the previous ceo. Lots of unnecessary bureaucracy, mentorship and pathways made for “favorites”, customer valued over the employees well being. New CEO seems to have cleaned house and made some real positive changes.
