Incredible professional development opportunities, great leadership that cares for you from a holistic perspective, wonderful VTO, incredible group of people who are open-minded that support new ideas.

Cons

sometimes the business is very hectic but that is the nature of the work supporting other people and their business vision!

It's Not Too Good To Be True

* Culture - unmatched. * Collaborative - I genuinely love the people I work with. They help ground me and we practice assuming good intent. * Regular feedback - our coaching for performance on a quarterly basis goes far * Flexibility - BELAY understands that life happens and we all work differently. Although we have "business hour availability," we also have the ability to do things like pick up our groceries, work from anywhere, and if you have kids - pick them up from school.

Cons

It can be easy to get siloed because that happens with remote work - you have to be diligent to make sure to maintain regular connections with others. We do see each other once a quarter as a team and once a quarter as a company, and you have to be really intentional with maintaining a relationship outside of just asking work questions.
