None that I can think of.

Cons

Those in charge have no idea what they are doing. I have no idea how on earth they got their positions. They are afraid of those who are too smart. They don't know how to manage those who are too smart for their positions.

High turnover in certain jobs. People in general do not seem satisfied with direction of company.

Pros

Great benefits compared to other companies. Human Resources is making a effort to improve them and make changes in a positive way.

Cons

People do not work well together. Most are working long hours, including management. Micro managed from German headquarters.

The pay is good. Benefits are okay.

Cons

You will be stuck at a machine for 6 days a week. 7th day is optional. Even when people want to work in your stead they will make you mandatory. Machinery is not kept in good condition. They will bandage instead of repair always even if the bandage doesn't work. They will not listen to you when you know what is wrong with your machines. They treat you as if you have no clue even though you are have the most experience with it. YOU WILL BE FORCED TO WORK PAID HOLIDAYS. The goals (rate) they set for you are mathematically not possible in an 8 hour shift and then they will ask you why you can't make it.
