On day or more you get motivated when you see your pay check

Cons

To much risk taking on projects, to many projects to launch the same time , they just forget your personal development plan, give you bad reviews without talking to you (annual reviews), a habit to hire people from outside what don't have the history of the projects and plans,very little promotion internally - I think the culture is horrible / only a....kissers get promoted not performers

-Nice base pay for the area (If you negotiate well). -Company match 401k. -3 tiered health benifits package offered with annual discount program. -Education reimbursement program.

Cons

-No one is held accountable, if someone doesn't want to do something, they just don't do it. -Executive management only receives feedback from top plant management. -Safety and quality are not first. -Corporate is located in Germany and is not responsive when asked for assistance or direction. -Communication to employees is lacking. -Bias runs rampid. If you are not in the "clique" you will not advance here. Policy is ignored/altered for certain employees.

Too much over load of projects and programs. Not enough people. Turnover problems. Can't seem to fix things fast enough.
