Plenty of work and scope to gain good experience. Good people.

Cons

Challenging, pressurised environment. High staff turnover. Understaffed teams, good comp initially but doesn't increase and managed through bonus.

Money is good at first.

Cons

Management's hands are tied with the unrealistic/forced stock plan. Do not honor your original signed contract. No diversity. Don't follow rules. Doing your job well does not help you being compensated better or mobility within the company.
