Pros

BGC is a vibrant organization with many interesting and challenging projects. The staff is top notch. The technology is often cutting edge. The office is business casual and the atmosphere is relaxed.

Cons

There aren't many downsides. The one exception is the PMO function. There are times that the PMO managers overlap on projects, which can be confusing. The PMO managers are also not always versed in the subject matter they need to manage.
