IT management were really switched on and great to work for. Well organised infrastructure ready for anything that a fast paced company like bgc can and will throw at them. Outstanding banter as I recall.

Cons

Constant demands to go above and beyond for the business despite NO OVERTIME and mediocre bonuses. Need four more words.

Pros

You can learn a lot because you are on your own with little support.

Cons

Not enough employees for the volume of work resulting in each employee being overworked. Employees receive little support even on big projects. Management have little interest in managing and there is a general culture of 'minimum communication'. Very little financial or career prospects leading to employee apathy and attrition. This is generally the case across the back office and support functions. There is an obsessional emphasis on cost saving. The team even has to pay for their own Christmas dinner.
