- Autonomy - Potential do to well if you're on a good desk - BGC has a strong brand name - It is ultimately very desk dependent. Some desks will be high performing and great to work for and some wont.

Cons

- Very little perks that come with working here, you either make money or you dont, and you're out. - No such thing as an employee appraisal in my experience, never have I been offered a pay rise in my time here. Again maybe desk dependent. - Its very male heavy and very non formal in terms of speech and language, (may be a positive if you're free spirited/that way inclined) - Bonuses can be very hard to achieve depending on the product you broke.
