      Co-workers are great and share in your pain and annoyance with the company, Great benefits, Pay is nice, No worries on job stability

      Cons

      The work-life balance is pretty much absent, schedules change constantly without notice, the grading of your quality on the phone is absurd due to being pretty much told you missed out on things you were not formally told you needed to do

      Rare job that offers a pension. So that's great.

      Cons

      Management doesn't care about how well you work but rather the perception you have. If your a "Yes" person you will go well. If you suggest an alternative idea well you'll find yourself being questioned about your perception.
