Pros

The salary is very competitive.

Cons

There is no work/life balance. The call center is a very stressful place to work due to high call volume and the coldness of management. Human Resources is not there for employees. HR will always side with company management when an employee issue is taken to HR.

Pros

You can get over time, pay is better than most call center positions in the area. Training is extensive, someone always there to assist

Cons

Mandatory last minute overtime. You get off at 6? We'll let you know at 5:59 you have to stay longer. Definitely not for people with children

Good salary and benefits. Collegial and dedicated employees at non-management levels.

Cons

Management is chaotic and fractured. Very blame-oriented but not willing to accept advice or responsibility. Way too much ass-covering and not enough leadership.
