Pros

Great employees for the most part. Some great supervisors and some terrible ones.

Cons

Exelon took over. Over time stopped unless you worked on gas side. 401 and benefits went down hill after the merger

Pros

Stability and pension. Employees are generally nice and of high integrity but not necessarily the most talented at all positions. Executive leadership has little experience outside the utility sand box which slows progress.

Cons

Paralysis by analysis. Parent company and business talk a good game but they get stuck on metrics but little real change comes to champion customer. The company is a good 10 years behind a typical new world company. In an effort to create a diverse work environment(which is commendable), the most talented individuals are not always rewarded for their skills and contributions.
