Pros
BG has a steady flow of available work - there is as much work available in my area as I'd want. The compensation is very fair, and after you've worked with BG for a while, you get some form of emergency health coverage. I don't think it meets minimal government requirements or anything, but it is nice to have and more than what most temp jobs will give.
Cons
Many of the properties that I've temped at weren't necessarily looking to fill temp-to-hire, but were just looking for a substitute while someone was out sick or to help the staff catch up on paperwork. It was also tricky to get into the initial training class that you must take to be placed on assignments. Definitely call and check in often to make sure you don't miss the class!
