      Pros

      You can work when you want if work is available.

      Cons

      The man who distributes the work is very dishonest and unprofessional. My friend and I both work for BG and he offered her more money to work the same exact job and it had nothing to do with experience because she only has a diploma. After talking to other people that I know the same thing happens to them as well and we all seem to have one thing in common which I will not disclose publicly. I would not suggest that you work here unless you fit the mold that will guarantee you higher pay if you get work.

      Pros

      Great work life balance, fun job if you like the multifamily industry

      Cons

      Leadership doesn't listen to their employees and are making changes to the pay structure without transparency. Unattainable targets to make commissions nationwide and are constantly making promises they don't keep. There is zero room for advancement since a promotion means a lot more work and a lot less money.

      Pros

      They have work from home flexibility. You aren't paid once monthly like other apartnent vendors.

      Cons

      Over worked constantly. No real recognition for accomplishments or opportunity for transferable growth as a staffing coordinator. No checks and balances for regional managers. Bonus structure is never throughly explained or makes sense when you get paid. Nice culture, but only for a selected few who were friends of friends/ nepotism.
