Leadership is very far removed. They are a publically traded company and their #1 concern is their stock price, not providing quality work for their clients.

Many of the properties that I've temped at weren't necessarily looking to fill temp-to-hire, but were just looking for a substitute while someone was out sick or to help the staff catch up on paperwork. It was also tricky to get into the initial training class that you must take to be placed on assignments. Definitely call and check in often to make sure you don't miss the class!
