They don't keep you working 40 hours. They advertise they want to find full time employment but don't. they will send people to places that are in need of help but they leasing agency ends hiring other people other than people from BG. They will have you out of work three to two days a week and blame it on not having business but yet be adverting on indeed that they need more maintance and make ready people. How can you ask for more people when you cant keep the people you already have working there? If you plan on actually getting a carrier DO NOT GO HERE. You will be stuck going from place to place wasting your gas. You will get attached somewhere and then have go somewhere else. don't be surprised if your stuck not knowing were you are going day to day. they suck at letting you know if you are not going to return to a property. One time I gave them a three day heads notice on a assignment ending and they did not have a place lined up. I ended up being out of work for three days.

Wage could be better. Previous staffing agent was much more responsive than the new one and only contacted during business hours, not at 10:30 at night. Doesn't communicate as often nor keep me working 40 hours as before.
