      Pros

      The role and expectations were not as advertised, and the work environment was very different from what was described. It was a disappointing experience, but I did learn valuable lessons on how to handle situations like this and be more cautious when assessing a company’s commitment to their promises. It’s important to look beyond the interview and pay attention to the broader company culture

      The company’s desperation for experienced architects became evident almost immediately after I joined.I noticed that many highly skilled individuals in senior roles had left the company, which created a sense of instability. Unreasonable expectations for project workflows and deadlines. This is expected from managers who know very little about leading projects.
