      Pros

      Good culture + people, they pour a lot of time into corporate 'extracurriculars'

      Cons

      Terrible management, and they will never listen to your feedback. HR department is a joke. People who are in management positions have been placed only due to favoritism and for having worked there for a certain period of time. Huge salary gaps between the men and women in this company as well. Very little diversity, and if you happen to be a person of color expect more scrutiny over your work.
