- High impact work - Competent leadership that has clear path towards company goals and targets - Measured approach to growth that doesn't seek growth at any cost (lower credit quality) - Phenomenal work life balance that allows for having a family and a rewarding career

Cons

- Teams are siloed to a degree, sometimes hard to find who owns specific processes at BHG.

Pay model & workload nightmare

Pros

Generous PTO, however it's a struggle to balance in a producer role if you actually try to take time off.

Cons

Stack rank pay, for a department that is not even considered to be 'sales'. Zero work life balance when you're under pressure to pay bills with stack rank pay model.
