BHG Financial has been in business since 2001 and over the course of the last 24 years, we've grown quite rapidly. This is not something that could have been achieved without strength in leadership along with an incredible team all dedicated to rowing together and working hard to achieve our goals. Additionally, we have our People Development Team in place to help employees navigate their BHG career journeys. We provide many opportunities for additional training, development, and growth, and it's for this very reason that we have many members of the team who started in entry level roles work their way up to leadership positions. If any concern arises, employees are encouraged to connect with their direct leader or PD partner as we welcome discussions that can help us improve.
