Good place to learn and earn if you’re motivated

Pros

You can make very good money if you’re motivated and willing to put in the work. The training program is solid and you learn a lot quickly about lending, sales, and working deals. The work from home, PTO, and befits at BHG are top of the line. Management is involved and you always know where you stand performance-wise. Overall it’s a good place to build sales experience and income.

Cons

The job can be repetitive at times since you are on the phone and working similar types of deals every day. Some processes between departments can take longer than expected which can slow down deals.

Great QOL and Atmosphere - Faulty Performance reporting

Pros

Great atmosphere - can build solid relationships with the people that work here. Solid management - my boss cares about my development in my current role. Has helped me do so Hybrid work from home - the best work-life balance I have had in a position

Cons

Reporting is faulty - We get paid based on performance with a strict deadline. Performance reports often are wrong, out of date, or just drop you from deals entirely.

Pros

Competitive and engaging work environment, even as a remote employee. Hard work, dedication, and a drive to improve your skillset/implement advice from managers yields both recognition and compensation. Easy to tell from top to bottom, the company is focused on growth both as whole and for all employees on an individual basis. I'd recommend BHG to both family and friends as a great place to work both now and into the future.

Cons

If you're not a competitive person or are uncomfortable with change, this may not be the right fit. If you don't like having a manager that doesn't allow you to settle with mediocrity, you might want to search elsewhere.
