Cons

Management is a bunch of yes men to the president. They don’t stick up employees even when you are drowning. They think more leads = more pay but it’s capped commission. Tells you how out of tune he is with the floor. Also, have to listen to meetings where he brags about how many houses he has or how he flies private. Also, no real way to move out. Top performers have only taken pay cuts every year.

Great training but tough commission structure and burnout culture

Pros

Remote work setting! Amazing training program - seriously the best I’ve encountered in my career. Offices in Davie FL and Syracuse for those who want to attend in office

Cons

5 commission structure pay cuts in a year and a half. Burn yourself out mentality, if you aren’t “grinding” or “staying frosty” you’re not worth a damn. Tons of nepo babies in higher or upper management.
