Pros

Great benefits, full healthcare, 3 weeks PTO to start, 401k, decent base pay, and great opportunities to earn large commission checks monthly. Positive Mental Attitude workplace. WORK FROM HOME!

Cons

Long hours and working weekends may be required. There is not much balance available for work life to be separated from personal life. I am always on alert and if I want to see large commission checks and keep my benchmark numbers high, I have to be available 24/7. Can get exhausting until you see that commission check and realize that being tired is worth it.

Variable work load, that can mean high intensity work required at times.
