Pros

Nice looking perks, mandatory fun, opportunities for bonuses, nice people. Opportunity to make money, for a short time.

Cons

They have been firing all of the female managers. There might be one left in the entire Syracuse office. I made a complaint to HR that a manager was acting sexist, and was coincidentally "layed off" the next day. Use scare tactics like announcing firings to entire company, and firing in the middle of the day so everyone can watch people pack up their desks. A family owned company with lots of issues.

Pros

I've been with BHG for 10 weeks now and I've come from several different sales positions, but never anything like this. Management really cares for their employees and invest very much in making sure every single person is successful! Not only is the incentive plan great but they also offer a gym and chef for a healthier living. I'm looking forward to being here for a very long time

Pros

There are so many good things to say about this company: • Management truly cares about the employees • The owners are very generous with pay, bonuses, and benefits • The atmosphere is energetic and positive • There is an onsite gym and the company encourages healthy living • The building is beautiful and located in a great spot in Syracuse

Cons

This isn’t really a con it’s a disclosure: BHG strives to be ahead of the curve for financial solutions. Change is constant and we are always trying to do new things. If you like to be innovative and are adaptable this is the place for you. It can be a very fast-pace environment which is exciting and stressful at the same time.
