Repetitive and laid back if you are not interested in a challenge. The learning curve is steep for the first 9 months.

Cons

Poor management that do not treat employees with respect. Poor pay. Exhaustive on-call with poor compensation. Limited mobility.

Pros

Located in Portland Oregon metro, perhaps one of the most beautiful places to work. Still a small company so everyone knows everyone, at least for the HQ team, can't speak for the field sales groups.

Cons

Dark ages IT department unwilling to upgrade to latest versions of software until 10 years down the road. Employee HR requirements not applied evenly when it comes to dress code or performance appraisals. All the bad things that come with a small company that wants to get bigger but doesn't want to change or meet challenges of a growing employee base.
