1 on 1 training with lots of exposure to the industry. Well laid out training expectations and help from the mentor that is assigned to you. Generous salary considering the long learning curve leading into being a productive member of the team. Independently owned business that is still nimble and makes great decisions. The manufacturing and quality of the devices we carry is truly second to none. New and exciting products that are turning the physicians heads.

Cons

Long interview process where you need to be on your A-game at all times. Brand recognition is in its initial stages despite being around for as long as we have.
