Good pay and excellent benefits. Hybrid structure job for most and half-day Fridays. Great cafeteria and coffee shop with lots of affordable options.

Cons

Odd company culture with favoritism very obvious in the Marketing department. Middle management contributes to and encourages gossiping and bad behavior. Barely any work-life balance, as night meetings are frequent. The high turnover here is for a reason!!

Many tenured associates are leaving due to high job stress, no quarterly bonuses since 2020, in order to move up in the company it seems you must either be a man or part of a clique. It used to be a good place to work but lack of employee retention is obvious

The company just introduced year-round half day Fridays (but you have to work longer Monday-Thursday) and the health care premiums are low if you only need it for yourself.

Cons

Current c-suite leaders, lack of D&I that isn't addressed, work-life balance, no prioritization & quick changes in importance, competing projects, favoritism.
