Pros

BISSELL is a company that takes good care of their associates, customers, and consumers. Pay and benefits are decent. The culture of the company could be described as professional. They do some fun things occasionally, but the overall vibe is a serious one.

Cons

Negotiate the highest salary you can because raises (outside of cost of living) only come when you advance. Also, it can be very easy to be pigeon holed into your current department. Distance yourself from those outside of favor, perception is everything.

BISSELL is really expanding their reach globally so there are a lot of opportunities to collaborate with employees around the world and to work on projects where you can truly see the impact it has on the organization. The pet focus is awesome, competitive pay, good benefits/perks, quick growth
