      Cons

      Lot of leadership changes starting with executives. Ineffective alignment thus far in merger between BJC & SLHS.

      Great culture and work place.

      Cons

      No paid holidays. Major holidays if not worked, are to be taken from your accrued paid time off. Hospital is 24/7/365, no closure for holidays.
