      Pros

      Great company, but not understanding nor accepting that their employees are human beings that have a life outside of work.

      Cons

      Let go during the 90 period. You can only miss 3 days during the first 90 days. I caught COVID through work and HR is mandatory about being off 5 days with proven COVID test. I missed 2 days from having COVID and the I had requested time off for a Doctors appointment which I had notified them when I was hired. When I came in the next day they had me work the whole day and when I clocked out they fired me. I also was never paid for that day.

      Good place to build skills for your resume. Excellent education benefits through cohorts.

      Cons

      Poor pay, high turnover, no sick pay, forced to use PTO.
