Pros

They do have good opportunities to participate in the community and do give back to the community.

Cons

Turnover in HR makes it hard to know who to contact Changes in policies make it difficult to keep up Espoused values do not match what the organization actually practices I would never work for BJC again. They continually change HR policies which makes it difficult to keep up with the correct policies. They communicate their values during new employee orientation, but it's hard to find management or HR who actually practice those values. There is so much turnover in HR that you cannot keep up with who to contact or be in touch with when questions arise. Why do you think this organization has so much turnover? It's easy to see why
