There was not one positive aspect to this job.

Cons

The list is way too long to cover. Just know it's among the worst companies I've ever worked for and I've worked for some real stinkers. Discriminated against male nurses. Nurses are on salary. Management doesn't care if you work 12 - 14 hour days every day of the week. They really sucked.

Money Trumps Employee Well-being

Good pay, team is intelligent, best practice can be used with resources

Cons

They sell on continued education etc but when it comes to it they don’t want to spend an extra dime or have you off the floor to attend training etc as that would lose $$
