Cons

Pay is low. They say that they are meeting market standards but compared to counterparts, they are not.

Pros

BJC Healthcare have a lot of mission driven employees who have a passion to truly help patients.

Cons

The leadership direction changes too much due to turn over. You start in one direction and then when a new senior leader comes on board you go in a new one. It is not consistent.
