      Pros

      Great place to work, lots of opportunities to advance your career and offers tuition assistance. Positive work environment and friendly

      Cons

      The patient to nurse ratio can be somewhat daunting at times, but that is the issue everywhere. Feedback on work performance is somewhat lacking.

      Pros

      The people who work at Christian hospital are very friend. Everyone knows each other, and the teamwork is great, not only on your unit, but from floor to floor as well. Great opportunities to be involved! Self-governance model is followed with education, quality, and practice councils.

      Cons

      Not a lot of cons, I enjoy working here and have since I started 4 years ago.
