Pros

Earned Time Off is a good percentage. 401k. Health Benefits.(but how often am I truly sick....I could care less. Can work from home a lot!! But you also don't get paid as much as another company would pay.

Cons

The politics are nuts. You will be on-call after hours. HOWEVER: there is no on-call policy. It's a mess and directors don't seem to care if someone doesn't show up for work. You are just expected to cover for people all the time. No body talks. Silo work environment. Very hush hush. All about diversity - just makes things awkward during team meetings. More like prison. All the cultures stay together. Don't break your computer, they don't have spares. Ticket system is so "push under the door"

Pros

You get to work with children and feel like you are making a difference in their treatment. Good compensation and benefits.

Cons

Continually growing patient load , but clerical staff was not growing to keep up with the increase. Poor employees seemed allowed to continue to be with no consequence.
