Good relations between coworkers makes and enjoyable environment to work in. The space is comfortable to be in and easy to find.

Cons

Sometimes value doesn't match up with the pay. Maybe the jobs aren't well distributed and it may affect some of the employees.

Pros

Is a innovating company establish in over 22 countries, it is a good company for entry level positions to start on, it challenges you has a person and has a profesional. It has very good ideas of what they want to be in a future.

Cons

It doesn't have to much of professional development, an employee cannot grow professional in different areas of the human resources campus oder than staffing and recruiting. Sometimes management has a hard time overcoming the difficulties that the job requires.
