Pros

Good variety of customers portfolio. They are growing in the region.

Cons

They don't pay for the benefits (vacation time) you don't use. You will lose your money. They don't care about how are you feeling in the customer project, you are only money for them.

Pros

The demanding environment pushes you to always surpass yourself. Great set of clients, it's a good place to be exposed to big companies. The company has been consistently growing which makes it a good moment to work on it.

Cons

Average low salaries to all the positions except management. Little growing opportunities within the structure. Lack of recognition of the company's success with the employees.
