No planning People say yes to everything No focus on quality at all Work life balance is gone, expectation is we need to work 12hrs/day and also work on weekend and that too without any comp off, forget about compensating extra work

Bmc I found a Best place to work. Free and open culture. Less hierarchy. Senior leader like shashank, Tarun are really great people to drive company.

Nothing can think of. No cons that I can think of. It is just perfect place at every level.
