      interesting product and technology, missing vision and passion of management

      Pros

      Building an interesting enterprise softwareproduct with interesting technology. Contact with consultants who try to build solutions at site, thus you can participate in design of future proof solutions.

      Cons

      Software development is nearly complete outsourced to India. According management India team gets always right, so it is not possible to work in a honest, open and constructive environment.
