      Pros

      Great culture and work-life balance. As opposed to other Israeli companies and management, they respect private life and time and allow great flexibility. They put any responsibility you would like, and allow me to work on a feature from research to production which I love.

      Cons

      Can't think of any really.

      Great environment and experience

      Pros

      The working environment is so positive that I really doubt that I will have it somewhere else. The management is relaxed and gives time to research and space for failures as mostly happens with research. Also I gained a lot of development experience building the ML systems and algorithms.

      Cons

      Could always allow more research :)
