      Overall, BMC was a good company to work for.

      Pros

      Industry leader in ITSM tools and products. Benefits and compensation were in line with the industry standards. Great people to work with. Team members always willing to help and lend advice when needed.

      Cons

      Over the past couple of years, too much change in direction, management and line of sight on the business. When I first joined BMC, the company really cared about their employees and over the past couple of years that focus changed to the bottom line.
