      Pros

      -Opportunity to work with big impact customers -Salary and Bonus is fair -Technology can be interesting -Good people in the trenches -Offices are awesome

      Cons

      -Some of the technology is from like 1995, and has had trouble keeping up in today's environments -Management is not trustworthy, will talk big but will do nothing -Never got a salary raise despite "excellent" performance reviews -Had a new manager every 6 months -Raise any concerns, or rock the boat and expect to be silenced or end up on the annual layoff -Half the company is from India or in a overseas location -For a technology company managers have little product knowledge or technology experience.

      Pros

      Good benefits. Able to work from home. Lots of good hard working people. Great place to be if you want to do the same job for many years. Pay is competitive.

      Cons

      Loosing customers right and left. SNOW is taking many long term Remedy customers each month. BMC still talking about how to put customer first, but not actually doing it. Most SaaS customers are on Force.com platform, which is not there own platform. Turnaround taking much longer than needed or expected. Slow to make decisions. Sales reps have not been paid commission in almost 6 months due to inability to figure out how to pay people. So draws have been given. This can only have a negative impact on sales moral and performance. There was good momentum coming out of sales kick off in Las Vegas this year but that has fallen flat. Management seems to be trying to hard to put a positive message on performance when all the workers know the truth about what is really going on.

      Pros

      UK focus on development and career growth is fantastic. Great new facilities in Winnersh and London Victoria. EMEA is growing fast and the new product investment is paying dividends for customers and employees. Great consistent sales process and a management team that understand how to support the teams identify, create and deliver value. Salaries are highly competitive, attracting great talent, and the company has a real can do approach.

      Cons

      Can be long hours on occasions, but a great team spirit on the journey.
