The Executive Leadership Team and Sales Leadership have killed any excitement, energy, fun, and inspiration for the sales employees over the past couple years. Sales is run by technicians, not sales people. It shows in the culture (who makes the Sales Kick Off party on a Tuesday, and requires the sales training to be 11 hours on the next day?). Work hard, play hard used to be the driving factor here. Now it's work hard, work more hard while having no fun, no inspiration, and no sales culture.
