      Cons

      Non favorable HR policies when dealing with management. It is apparent that employees do not have a leg to stand on when it comes to their well being.

      BIG CAUTION - THINK HARD BEFORE JOINING

      Pros

      Flexible work from home opportunity, office space has lots of natural light, some stellar talent but not easy to find.

      Cons

      Company avoids reality of competition, doesn't understand cloud, leadership says one thing WRT revenue and earnings but does not translate to bonus, bonus is consistently paid out at rock bottom, complete disconnect between functional business units.

We work hard to make our work spaces bright and fun. and our flexibility in regards to work/life balance and work from home opportunities is a huge selling point to working for BMC. We are disappointed to hear that we are not meeting your expectations in regards to our bonus structure and your concerns about the competition.
