Pros
HR policy of BMC is nowhere. Medical policy, Leave payout, leaves are really good compare to other org but a few are not mentioned correctly. HR language is hard to understand and I badly experience it. The office atmosphere is really good and connects to higher management easily. Learned new technology and can explore skills easily only if you have a good connection to the manager.
Cons
All appraisals happened with manager approval and if you have a good connection with the manager then gold is yours otherwise wait years. Few HR policy is not mentioned on the portal in easy lanaguage and might hamper you. If the manager wants to take over their buddy then they can do anything by their position.
