      Flexible work environment, fast paced, great pay and benefits, good leaders

      Cons

      Private equity will undoubtedly change many things...the question continues to be which things? Still a lot of uncertainty. All of the senior women have left...no one to look up to.

      Pros

      Salary and benefits are usually above average. Most low-level managers are good. Mainframe hardware and working environment is one of the best in the industry.

      Cons

      Every quarter, you read the report reading between the lines to see if the axe could fall on you, and whether or not to contact head hunters. High-level management does not pay attention to biennial employee surveys. Layoffs usually hit the people who have the best product knowledge, requiring the rest to cover even more stuff while trying to learn.
