      Pros

      Some of the best reasons to work at BMC Software is they truly consider their employees their biggest asset. BMC facilitates each employee to be in charge of their career development and cares about the development of its employees. I feel that I have a very balanced work/life scenario with BMC which is very important.

      Cons

      Sometimes things don't move as quickly as you would like them to but I feel that when decisions are made, they are well thought out and with good reason.

      Pros

      Great teamwork is a key part of our work environment. Everyone is willing to chip in and contribute to the overall plan without consideration to whether it is part of their immediate roles and responsibilities. Instead of encountering why something can't be done, the culture is one of what's it going to take and let's figure it out. Very invigorating!

      Cons

      If someone doesn't want work hard and make a difference, this isn't a place for you!
