Pros
As a company BMC is one of the best company to work with. Very good employee friendly HR policies. Good work environment. World class facility with latest technologies used at work and very good location in Pune. Good local management, supportive HR and very good facilities team. Various social initiatives by local management. Lot many events/competitions/programs arranged by local management throughout the year.
Cons
There should be more control on lower management, especially in IT dept. There is no challenge to the GICP ratings given by manager. Because of manager people may think to leave this good organization. There is no scope for vertical growth in IT.
