Pros
some great people. Good vision. If you are in the "in crowd" or designated as a high performing, you will be compensated very well in the pay for performance environment.
Cons
old technology trying to get retrofit into today's technology. Innovation and progress can be slow and frustrating. Most positions are very stressful - especially when the products cannot meet the customer needs in the field. The company has great vision, but the strategy changes too quickly, with each new management wave. Need better strategy for acquired companies - products are not well integrated and often fall by the wayside.
