      Excellent work culture, cool bosses and work from home option. Avenues for growth as well

      Cons

      I got fired, They often downsize in the US and move work to offshore. I was given ample time before I left so no regrets.

      Pros

      Working atmosphere is very friendly. Flexible timings. You hardly see politics going on which is important for your own proper growth. New technologies to work upon, based on how good you are by taking initiative, taking up tasks. Give importance to innovations by various programs, awards. Competitive package and various other package based policies based on your performance.

      Cons

      Agile processes are good which BMC follows but you may find sometime little extra push to do your tasks. Innovation is there but giving more dedicated time would help further.

      Great products and great perception from our customers.

      Cons

      Company is constantly changing which is not bat at all, but every time when a change occurs, Company also changes his culture, what is not a good thing. After Monika Fahlbusch joined I thought it could help the HR conditions to be improved, but I can´t see it happening in my region so far. Quotas are extremely high and salaries are not adjusted.
